Such a complete different feeling enjoying the natural scenery of Tangmarg and Pahalgam at the foot of the Himalayas. Again, we had the chance to enjoy meeting local Kashmiris at a school and a sheep farm with a wonderful family. Some of our highlights were a Kashmiri wedding where we felt very welcome and honored, a purchase of a Kashmiri carpet and local saffron, and of course wrapping up with a memorable day at the houseboats on Dal Lake and taking the boats to explore the lake and all of it's beauty and shopping options!
