Cancellation Policy

Trip Cancellation:

Cancellation Over 45 Days Before Trip Commencement: If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your trip, you’ll receive a complete refund. Alternatively, you can opt for a 100% credit shell that can be redeemed within one year.
Cancellation Between 30 to 15 Days Before Trip Commencement:
If you cancel between 30 to 15 days before the trip starts, 40% of the trip amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Between 15 to 7 Days Before Trip Commencement:
For cancellations made between 15 to 7 days before the trip, 15% of the trip amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Trip Commencement:
Unfortunately, no refund can be processed for cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip begins.

Flight Cancellation:

All flight cancellations will be subject to the airline’s cancellation policy, including applicable penalties and refund timelines.
Certain fare categories, especially promotional or discounted tickets, may be non-refundable as per airline policy.
If applicable, refunds will be processed as per the airline’s stipulated timeline after deducting cancellation fees. Offbeat Tracks is not responsible for delays in refund processing by the airline.
Any modifications, rebooking, or date changes requested after ticket issuance will be chargeable as per airline rules. Fare differences may also apply.
