Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Over 30 Days Before Trip Commencement: If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your trip, you’ll receive a complete refund. Alternatively, you can opt for a 100% credit shell that can be redeemed within one year.

Cancellation Between 30 to 15 Days Before Trip Commencement:
If you cancel between 30 to 15 days before the trip starts, 40% of the trip amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Between 15 to 7 Days Before Trip Commencement:
For cancellations made between 15 to 7 days before the trip, 15% of the trip amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Trip Commencement:
Unfortunately, no refund can be processed for cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip begins.

COVID-Specific Cancellation Policy:

In case of a government-announced lockdown during your trip, you’ll receive a credit note of 100% that can be used within the next two years.

If a guest contracts COVID during the trip, Offbeat Tracks will assist in finding the nearest health centre. However, there will be no refund on the trip amount (including taxi, meals, experiences, and accommodation).
