"Very recently I had a tour agency which ditched me mid way whilst I was diving in Sri Lanka. To the greatest credit, I later opted for Off beat chaps and their personal and prompt intervention salvaged my trip within a day of contacting them. Their Lankan partners were equally amazing. They also took care of my special requests like local food and places which aren't on the tourist radar. I liked how they were frank about some of the ideas i had through my research and told me to choose something else. Although i opted for their services mid travel , they gave me a better experience than my original plan, can't wait to have them curate something with more time at hand , as my first Choice.
